Explore your uploaded health records in a browser dashboard, export CSV files, or ask AI about your Apple Health data. Connect hosted MCP with a URL and Apple sign-in. Requires Remote for iPhone-to-cloud uploads.

The mobile app regularly uploads the Apple Health data you choose in the background. Exact timing is managed by iOS and may vary.

Encrypted storage & optional AI access

Health records are stored encrypted. The Remote website decrypts them in your browser. If you connect an AI assistant, HealthExport decrypts requested records in server memory and sends results to your selected AI service after your consent.
